Vinothek

The Vinothek is a dealer of wines and a bistro all in one: Markus Knölle prepares innovative Mediterranean cuisine to accompany the sampling and purchase of wines from Germany, France and the new wine-world.

Enjoy the view into the open show-kitchen during your stay. This is a wonderful meeting place for after-work, while touring the city, or after the theatre.

In the summer we also serve on the terrace with a panorama view over the castle gardens.
