Schlossgarten Restaurant
Baden-Württemberg offers diversity. Diversity, which is expressed in the culinary philosophy of the Schlossgarten restaurant through the use of typical local products of very selective quality. The chef, Andreas Büscher, makes use of the best basic products of the region — primarily from local markets — for his seasonally-alternating dishes, and offers a light cuisine with a down-to-earth touch.
Choice vintages from Baden and Württemberg — also by the glass — comprise the wine menu and promise a very special enjoyment.
In the summer we serve on the terrace with its panorama view into the castle park.
