Mother Nature and her seasons – these are Denis Feix’s paradigms. He and his team present an exciting, aroma-driven and suspense creating cuisine placng products of highest quality in their focus at all times. He prefers locally grown herbs and plants as well as meat from animals raised and bred in the Swabian region that are from time to time enhanced with high quality products from all over the world to create something magical.


During the winter months, he bases his creations on exotic fruits or local winter vegetables. Spring brings fresh herbs, wildflowers and mushrooms. As soon as summer comes around, berries, exceptionally fresh fish and crustaceans dominate his menus while the following cooler temperatures of fall lead to more hearty creations.
